If my items did not fit me, is it possible to make a size change?

Yes, we only need to confirm the size for which you require the change. You must contact us by email at hello@svlim.com to make the size change with the subject "size change" in the title of the email. In the email, please include:

  • Photographs of the 4 profiles (from above, sides and, in the case of footwear, shoe soles) to check that it is in perfect condition (if it shows signs of use it could not be received by us).
  • Name and number of the user who made the purchase.
  • Email address of the person who made the purchase.
  • Order number or Purchase order confirmation.
  • Name and size of the article or articles.
  • The size for which you want to change the product.

Before you send the item to us, please wait for our confirmation so we can send you a parcel guide so you can return the item. Once we receive it, your product will be shipped back to you in the proper size and with a deposit voucher, since the shipping fee is your responsibility.

How does our guarantee work?

We want you to be fully satisfied with every product you purchase from SVLIM.

Within 3 calendar days (local products) after receiving your product, you may request a return directly with us only if your product has a fault, for which you should make the warranty claim directly with us through hello@svlim.com.

When your product is faulty or malfunctions due to visually large defects, you have the right to exercise the warranty. No warranty will apply if the product shows signs of misuse by the customer.

The product is classified as defective if it has flaws in seam finishes, joints and damaged raw material in a proportion greater than those established in the descriptions of our products. 

The leather or fur with which our products are made may have organic marks because they are worked in an artisanal way. In addition, they may have natural wear due to handling during the manufacture of the product. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of fit testing are not considered defective. Where possible we will offer to repair items if they are faulty. If you wish to exchange your item due to a defect, please note that we can only replace it with the same product in the same size. This is subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced in which case the following considerations must be taken into account:

  • In the event that the return of the product is necessary, its conditions will be evaluated by SVLIM before proceeding with a possible refund.
  • Once the receipt of the refund request is confirmed, the review process will proceed. The receipt of the request does not imply the authorization of the refund.
  • Refund requests will be analyzed and the client will be notified both in cases of proceeding and in cases of not proceeding with refunds and/or the reasons.
  • The shipping costs for the return of the product will be borne by the customer.
